Terms & Conditions: text messages.

1. Who we are and what we send
G-11 Enterprises Inc. DBA ASRE Property Management provides residential and commercial property management in Washington DC, Maryland and Northern Virginia. If you opt in, we send non-marketing text messages about your inquiry, showings, rental applications, repair requests, emergency alerts and account updates. If you separately opt in to marketing text messages, we may also send special offers, discounts and service updates.
2. Consent
You opt in by ticking a box on our forms. Both boxes are optional. Agreeing to texts is never required to submit a form, rent, or list a property with us.
3. Age and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to opt in to our text messages, and you must be the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number you provide.
4. Opting out and getting help
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the number that sent you the message. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. 5. Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
6. Message frequency and rates
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive messages related to your requests and account; message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
7. Quiet hours
We don't send marketing texts between 8 p.m. and 8 a.m. in your time zone. Repair and emergency updates you asked for may arrive any time.
