Who we are

What we collect
What you give us in our forms: your name, email, phone number, property or rental details, and your message. We also keep basic technical information, like the pages you visit, to keep the site working.
How we use it
To answer your request, manage properties and leases you have with us, send the updates you asked for, and meet our legal duties.
Text messages (SMS)
If you tick a text-message box on one of our forms, we use your mobile number to send the messages you agreed to. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. See our Terms & Conditions.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Who we share with
Service providers who help us run our business (for example, our customer-messaging and website platforms), the owners or tenants involved in your property or lease where needed, and authorities when the law requires.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies, tracking pixels, or cross-site tracking. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may set a strictly necessary security cookie to block bots and abuse, and our fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address to deliver them. When you submit a form, we record the date and time, your IP address, the page and your browser type, as a record of your request and any text-message consent. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site will still work.
How we protect your information
The site is served only over encrypted HTTPS connections. Form submissions go straight to our customer-management system, where access is limited to our staff with password-protected accounts. If that system is briefly unavailable, a submission is held in encrypted storage for at most 14 days until it is delivered, then deleted. We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure, but we use reasonable safeguards and will notify you if a breach affects your information, as the law requires.
Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link and our postal address. We honor unsubscribe requests promptly.
Your choices
You can ask us to update or delete your information, or stop contacting you, by calling or writing to the office.

We'll post any changes here with a new effective date.
